Im betting that the trend eventually has to end. Obviously it could blow up in my face.
The Yankees have handled Twins pitching all season. What makes you think it will be any different?
Since it's a five game series I don't think I like them in seven either.Against the Yankees, I like the twins in five. I don’t know if I like them in seven.
Speaking of bets...Since it's a five game series I don't think I like them in seven either.
That said, I put a bet down on them to win the series. Not sure if they will, but at 2 to 1 odds (probably due to typically high betting slips on the Yankees) I like the bet.
Jordan's Furniture(New England area) does that with the Red Sox but they get insurance just in case.Yeah, he's always got a schtick like that. Promises refunds on mattress purchases, then hedges the promotion by placing bets.

Im not betting on Twins pitching. Im betting that the Yankees pitching is horrible. Games can be won 10-9.
Yankees pitching gave up 39 runs to the Twins this year in 6 games. Not exactly the stuff of legend.True. But I think people are grossly underestimating the Yankees pitching talent, especially when compared to the Twins' pitching talent. Remember, in the playoffs, the bullpens are used a lot. And the Yankees bullpen is very strong. And Severino is back and looking good.

Sabathia was expected to pitch out of the bullpen but he didn't make the ALDS roster(shoulder).
And the Yankees scored 43 runs and won four of those six games. Ergo the point I'm making.
I never used the word legend.
I used the word underestimated. And I stick by that. They just need to be better than MN pitching. Which I'm more confident about than comparing them to Houston pitching.![]()

So 0.667 more runs per game.
