MLB Radio is saying that all teams knew about it. They had full access to the medical reports.

Correct.

Plus, to Joe's point, this is not a trade, where you can have some recourse even if you did give the player a physical and find out later on he was damaged goods.

In this situation, if they did not know, unless there was nefarious means (like the player/agent never provided his medical records, which I can never see a team accepting), then it is caveat emptor. Whether lawyers still get involved though, of course is another story.

It's not that expensive of a mistake for the Angels anyway due to the international signing rules.

Twins have decide to skip the 2018 playoffs.

They sign Fernando Rodney for 1 yr/4.5 m

We have an (insignificant) trade:
The Los Angeles Dodgers acquire Matt Kemp from the Atlanta Braves in exchange for Adrian Gonzalez, Scott Kazmir, Brandon McCarthy, Charlie Culberson and cash considerations.

90 feet. How fitting.

The man was good for about a 2-year window. Once you got into that 3rd season, you knew you were going to have serious issues.

Kind of like Mike Keenan. Torts, too, though he lasts about 3-4 years. Coaches like that wear out their welcome very quickly.
