For Reyes and 3 prospects. Look for Reyes to be flipped according to the "experts".

Some of those experts are talking about Reyes to the Mets. That's all I need to know to evaluate their "expertise."

Besides, you'd never see the cash. Dr. Mrs. Kepler gets it and keeps it. :)

Dr. Mrs. Kepler makes more than I do. Just as easy to fall in love with a rich woman as a poor one... :)

David Murphy from Indians to Angels

Last night, Ben Zobrist from A's to the Royals.

And the Tigers just continue to sit...

Not doing anything is even dumber than buying.

Re: MLB 2015 - Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!

Here at Fenway tonight for the retiring of Pedro Martinez's number. he really was an amazing pitcher. So joyful and happy during the ceremony, I started to tear up a little. Glad I was here to see it. Top of the first and Wade Miley gives up five runs and the "We want Pedro!!" chants started. He probably would have done a better job.

Mets. Padres. Mets.

Although it's posted everywhere on TV and the internet right now, I'm still superstitious.

Nevermind. First pitch of the 7th is a hit.

Sorry, Thor. :(

He's awesome tonight, though.

The Tigers are doing their best impersonation of an HBO series: Six Feet Under.

In a deal that I can't quite figure out who got screwed the hardest, the Dodgers, Braves, and Marlins swap 13 players.

http://hardballtalk.nbcsports.com/2...-player-dodgers-marlins-braves-trade-is-done/

To the Dodgers: Starter Mat Latos and first baseman Michael Morse from the Marlins and starter Alex Wood, relievers Jim Johnson and Luis Avilan, and infield prospect Jose Peraza from the Braves. Also from the Braves: Bronson Arroyo, who likely wasn’t going to pitch at all this year anyway and appears to be a financial move for Atlanta more than anything;

To the Braves: Infielder Hector Olivera, left-handed reliever Paco Rodriguez, and minor league pitcher Zachary Bird from the Dodgers and Miami’s 2016 Competitive Balance Draft pick (34th overall); and

To the Marlins: Minor league pitchers Kevin Guzman, Jeff Brigham and Victor Araujo as well as cash.

The Dodgers are taking Arroyo and his contract because they can afford it to get the other pieces.

The Braves wanted Olivera before, and now don't have to pay the 28m signing bonus he got.
