Made a snowball so large it couldn't be moved by two people.

f'awesome... The first time I'm flying in years and I'm going to get hit by the winter storm on both ends of the flight. Not terribly excited about it being a small jet either...

If you're leaving before this evening you're in good hands. Or better hands than later tonight or tomorrow.

This story is being lame in the north metro. just enough to make the roads slick and traffic annoying. luckily my drive is against traffic

The "dusting" I heard about on the radio before leaving this morning was around 2" outside my garage door this morning. Still, things weren't too bad for the commute. Tacked on an extra 15 minutes going from Farmington to Minneapolis.

Who got the brunt of this thing? We got about an inch in Eagan.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

I saw only one spin-out on my way into work today. It was freshly spun, too, because the front tire that I could see was still turning. The car got high-pointed in the ditch, which is the only reason I could see that the tire was still spinning, unless the lady driver doesn't understand what happened to her and thought she could gun it to get out of the ditch. Silly women.

I take it she grew up outside of the Midwest?

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Spent the last 5 hours clearing out the driveway, the end of our neighbor's driveway, deck, and front and back sidewalks...we got 6+ inches here. Had to shovel in front of the garage just to get the snowblower out. Plow left a good foot or so at the end of our driveway.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

I came home to a three foot drift at the end of my driveway today. I wasn't going to get through that, so I was forced to park in the street and dig my way in.
