Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Around 12 inches could fall in Duluth from this next storm. That would put them over the April record for snowfall.

This weather is really putting a crimp in my golf plans this summer.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Saw an article in the WSJ predicting a record flood in Fargo ND this spring.

The plant security staff has now made a number of site-wide pages/announcements stating that walking between buildings on site isn't advised. They also just made an announcement that the roads are a complete disaster.

I just drove from St. Louis Park to Rose ville and I wouldn't say that, but they're bad.

Well, they basically said that they have received numerous incident reports with cars in the ditch, crashes, etc. I translated this into "complete disaster" since we're talking about 2:00 pm and by the time rush hour rolls around and there's actually a significant number of cars on the road, it's going to be a complete disaster. :)

Just got notice of an early parole today. Starting, well, now, we can leave if our work's done.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Osseo cancelled school! Duluth and the area got hammered. Two Harbors had 22 inches of snow...

Sunnyside Marina on the St. Croix at Stillwater today. Normally you can be on the water with ice out about Apr.1st. Looks more like the Bering Sea.This blows.

Spring sports schedules must be a mess.
In Wisconsin, IIRC, they are floating around the idea of having 5 inning baseball games.

And yes I'm really sick of this weather. Thank god 60 degree weather (and maybe even 80 on Monday) are on the way.

Forecast I saw on weather.com was for 70 and 73 this weekend, and then 67 on Monday. It's amazing how differently these models predict.
