Did they really draft him? Luongo said his name wrong of course when making the selection.

Or get him to join the WHL and get lots of games under coach Craig Hartsburg.......

Yeah, when we signed him I was ****ed. I recalled his play in Toronto and Colorado. But then again I didn't expect him to play more than 10-12 games.

It would be nice to be able to get a nice forward at the deadline for Schneider, their should be a team that could use him. The Canucks should have the cap space as Demitra might not play all year (shocking!) I was worried with the horrible start, the stack of injuries and than Luongo going down. Really they can thank Raycroft no matter what happens the rest of the way with him, that to go along with Ryan Kesler being the most under rated player in the league.

Not just Demitra. Daniel Sedin, Jannik Hansen, Mattieu Schnieder, Michael Grabner are all also eligible for LTIR (retroactive).

We've been playing with a good 14M-22M out of the lineup for most the year.

Well, okay, not really. But I did pretty much learn the finer points of the game from him. Swami is like the college version of Schmacon. :eek:

awww, thanks Hovs. Like I have said, its a combo of knowing alot about hockey and having no life. Lucky for me, I fit into both! I wanted to take Ethan down to the Canucks game last night but my babysitter backed out, really disappointed I couldnt teach the 27 month old how to root for the enemy!

I wasnt expecting to find a Canucks fan in the Gophers/badgers form, and funny we both have about as many career posts!

Hey, I give credit where credit is due. You taught me a lot about the game (even to sorta kinda play!).

That woulda been cool. Well, you'll always have Calgary......
