1st goal: besides the missed penalty call, it apparently was deflected.
2nd goal: left hanging
3rd goal: softie.

Add to that the stops he's had so far, and all you say he's sucked tonight? Please.

No way the Gophers get 4 on this team. Now it's a matter of just trying to hold Wisconsin to 3 and win the next period.

My point is, even the best goalies (and no, Kangas isn't playing like the best goalie tonight) make mistakes. So if you hold a goalie accountable, hold everyone accountable on mistakes that directly result on goals.

That being said, while I like Patterson (and I'm sure we'll see him tomorrow), Kangas is one of the main reasons WI isn't winning by more than 2 right now.

2nd goal wasn't that great of a shot and he wasn't screened at all. I'd be tempted to hang that one on Kangas as well.

Didn't see the first one.
