UMD Sweeps. Go DOGS!!! Ok most likely not but a guy can hope right? In reality I hope for a split... after last weekend they gotta do something productive.

If the offense starts clicking again I would say 3-4 points isn't out of the realm of possibility, but I don't know how likely that is right now. Hastings has been changing lines almost every game lately because they seem to have just lost something on offense. Defensively I still like what they are doing. Agree about the offense. Our forwards who were scoring in 2012 have fallen silent since the New Year. Margonari hasn't scored a goal in 11 games, Hayes and Grant haven't scored a goal in 6 games, and McInnis only has 1 goal since the UConn tournament. We've done a nice job tightening up the defense, but 2 goals a game won't get us much in Duluth.

ok, I'm in. Road sweep, first two lines come to play and get 3 per night 3-2, 3-1. We need to pick it up if we want home ice and I think the boys know it.

Minnesota State needs to ditch the black and bring back the purple and gold! Although their current uniforms are a nice set.

I've given up my hate for Dorr...

I just don't see UMD being swept at home by MSU (nor do I see their 3 game losing streak going to 5 games. At the very worst they'll get a point out of it. My best bet is they will be perturbed from being swept and will come out with a strong performance on Friday. They will come back to Earth Saturday and lose.

Margonari has been playing much more on the fourth line since the break, though, as a result, he's seeing less ice.

This is pretty much how I feel, adding in that this will be the Mavs first game in 13 days.

I agree. I've said that if someone didn't know better, from looking at our hockey uniforms you'd think the school colors are black and white.

Yeah, but then again looking at their uniforms, most people don't know that the University of North Dakota's colors are green and pink.
