I, uh, um, plead the fifth on that one. Thankfully, any and all of the aforementioned chest painting, if it happened, happened before everyone was walking around with digital cameras and cameras on their phone. Therefore, no indisputable visual evidence exists as to these actions. I have fond memories of my collegiate fandom before I came to Tech, but it definitely has been a closed chapter since the fall of 2002. And there is no proof that I ever rooted in such a fashion

I can't think of a better way to ease into the conference season. Unlike other conferences, the WCHA has no 'perennial doormat' (except for us, apparently). But at least we don't have to open against North Dakota or on the road at SCSU.

Good start to the WCHA schedule for Tech.
Mankato played tough, but two bad penalties late in the second were the difference in this one.
