Minnesota hosts Penn State: 2/28 & 3/1

Re: Minnesota hosts Penn State: 2/28 & 3/1

Gophers sweep.

PSU played much better on the D end tonight, they really collapsed and supported their goaltender which limited our chances. Good luck PSU the rest of the way.

That game was way too close. At least split the next 4 on the road and take the inaugural Big10 banner.

I switched to your game last night enough to take in a whole lot of ugly during that second period. I can understand why you gave up on your team.

Big Ten hockey or bust. It's easy to see why the Big Ten started their own conference so many years ago.

And who says I don't speak the truth? :D

Not quite sure about the "with ease" part... up until 7 minutes left tonight, they were at risk of losing out on both halves of your prediction. But you were thankfully correct in the end.

With a backup goaltender (who played awesomely, of course). I had no worries. :)

And if we decided to let PSU win...my prediction still would have come true. ;)

The National Weather Service reported an anomaly in the Jet Stream last night around 8 pm Central time caused by the entire state of Minnesota breathing a sigh of relief after Serratore netted the go-ahead goal.
