Gopher Hockey
Minnesota (0-3) was just swept by UMD, Northeastern (1-2) was swept by Bentley. Both games are televised, Friday night is at 7pm on FSN Plus. Saturday night is at 8pm and is on FSN. Both games are streamed on BTN2go and Fox Sports Go as well.

Might be a pair of 1-0 games considering both teams' shooting percentages! Wish I could make the trip out. Is the stream you listed below free??

I agree, 1-0 and 1-1 games are very likely. Two 0-0 ties? :)

I'd love to be able to come in and tongue-in-cheekily disrespect the opponent, but the tArrogance is no longer strong with this one.

It's free if your cable/dish system has that channel, IIRC.

I'll probably be listening to Friday's game on the radio, at a local brewery due to an event. Saturday, I don't know how I'll be catching the game.

Saturday night game is a 8 pm central start, not 7 pm. Wild hockey game start at 5 pm central.

I'm expecting a split, with a realistic hope of sweep.

With another week of practice and a more manageable opponent, I think we'll see the Gophers looking a lot more on top of things this weekend. Just hope it is with enough consistency for 2 W's.

A very realistic expectation, IMO. Here's how I would puts the odds:

Northeastern sweep: 15%
Series split: 60%
Minnesota sweep: 25%

bbdl puts my place to shame, with his stash. We've been getting into the beers where you can wait up to about 5 years before you crack them. Like aging wine. :D

He, his missus, and I are doing the Darkness Day event at Surly. It's pretty much an overnight event until they release the beer on Sat.

I'd expect a W and T for either team would have a greater probability than 0%. In fact, I would settle for that for the Gophers.
