Ya apparently we are less arrogant than we thought...we are not nearly pure enough at heart to be true Gopher fans like jdubbs. I am starting to think he is a Gopher Nazi!! And I hate Gopher Nazi's just like:

The best part of all this is John Marriuci would probably grab jduh by his collar and punch him for being as dumb as he is. Of course Mariucci does this moron thing called THINKING...something beyon the abilities of most 25 year old yogurt baristas living in their parents basement :)

So, now you're saying Gopher Hockey is a joke? Mariucci's legacy is a joke? I'm trying to follow you here because all anyone seems to want to do lately is just rag on the program and everything our fan base used to hold sacred.

I find it funny that Wes chose to talk about not "having anything better to do" than post on message boards, all the while he, you, and others seem to think it is quality use of one's time to "troll" other board members, make crude and childish jokes, and rag on the very program you follow (or pretend to in order to make others "crap the bed").

Yes, that is a much more constructive use of one's time :rolleyes:

BTW - Allegedly (love that word) I'm the one getting so upset, but by my count I'm the only one who consistently stays civil and doesn't swear or resort to name calling. Maybe it is you and others who are "crapping the bed"? Something to ponder (love that word too) ;)

Mariacci only had 45 total points in 5 professional seasons but really brought it home with over 300 penalty minutes, he was a goon. Maybe he should have played at UND? In his heart he really did want to be part of the Fighting Sioux but had to wait until he turned pro to wear the indian head which was both "hostile and abusive."

He's not in both Hall of Fames for his playing career. Neither is Herb Brooks. But they are in both ;)

See now that was a good attempt, you get a gold star but yet you are still failing. Since no one can be dumb enough to possibly read what I wrote that way I know you are just trying to get your wank on again. Lightyears ahead of your previous spoogings but still well below par. :D

On the off chance though that you really have the iq of a dead walnut though...the joke was what Hoosier said not Mariucci, his career or Gopher Hockey. Just like USCHO is not a pathetic waste of carbon that would have been better served running down his mommy's leg...you are :D get the distinction? Now run along and get me my strawberry yogurt and make sure not to skimp on the gummy bears again or they will take away your paper hat for good :D

Some things just aren't acceptable to be used in satire, and for that Hoosier (and those of you who support him) fail.

And we both know you only mock me because of either a deep-rooted need to fit in, or because you sense that my convictions are strong and I likely won't acquiesce. Let me save you some time - The strong arm approach won't work either. I am impervious to insults :)

I am the pride and arrogance that resides in every Gopher fan's heart. I am the little voice inside you that reminds you of how special it is to be born into this noble fraternity.

cant we all just get along? Jdubbs just forget about it your not going to win this battle, however i will agree with you about john he did a lot of wonderfull things for the sport that we love. The sue fans in this thread are only here cause they are so f---ing bored up in gay forks that they have nothing better to do, as for the gopher fans i just think they are tired of the rants that you go on. I have nothing against you but they are all getting a chuckle at your expense just forget about it and lets talk hockey.

it is august, but it the end of august and hockey is just around the corner so lets talk hockey. why would you want to keep it going san tropez, does it make you feel better about yourself when you can talk down to someone, it ok buddy your daddy loves you.
