Why would I drive to Marquette to watch them lose when I can do that in Houghton?

Because if you went to Marquette you would have seen a team that is growing into it's shell, setting up better scoring chances and solidly forcing the offensive attack to the outsides on defense.

Nothing JSR related counts as hockey talk. Heck, nothing that requires me, an NMU fan to the core, defending Tech requires as hockey talk.

I do understand this, a discussion I've had elsewhere is that Mikesch is going to be a hard one to let go because he's foremost a local. His development of the offense seems to be stuck in early 1990's.

I remember having the Mikesch discussion several times, both on here and in person with other posters/tech fans. Its too bad that JSR conveniently missed these discussions.:rolleyes:
