I was just commiting on how I at least keep my OT stuff somewhat about Tech. To put it into hockey terms, I might not be ringside, but I'm at least within the lobby there. Darkness and company were going off all the way off campus with all of that Big Ten talk. :p

Nope, stone sober unfortunally. Last night around this time, maybe a little. My ears are still ringing.

Random thought, How much more awesome and louder would the MTU Pep band be if they had a Bagpiper?? ;) :D

Because a player that might be good enough for the ECHL is a player I'm going to lose sleep about missing out on.:rolleyes:

We had one for a while one season. We'd let him play Scotland the Brave at some random point during the game, and Amazing Grace if we lost big. Dunno where he went.

Bah! those are the first two songs a piper learns how to play on the pipes. What the pep band needs is a guy with some range on the pipes. Like this guy.....

I really really really really really hope that that picture is just a rough sketch and the walls of these 'premium' suites are going to be something that looks a bit classier than a cubicle partition.

Boos, I believe the wall is a 3" steel stud wall faced with 1/4" Sheetrock. I don't know what else you'd expect to divide it.

Most 'nice' suites in 'nice' arenas have some sort of half-wall/railing/what-have-you to sort of create a division between the 'suite' and the 'seating' for the box, and they don't look like someone just decided to throw up a few walls to make a big open space into a bunch of small open spaces

It appears that Deron Cousens is at this week's Washington Capitals Summer Development Camp, held at the Caps' practice rink in Arlington, VA.

Cousens' name wasn't on the initial press release. He'll be in camp with the Caps' recent signee, and Tech de-commit, Jake Hauswirth.

I was planning on attending the Thursday scrimmage anyway, so I'll post sometime Friday if I go, and if I have anything interesting to share.
