Re: Michigan Tech Offseason III: Screw It, Somebody Look Up The Cheat Codes

The Blue Line Club is always looking for new members. If you've never joined before, it's pretty affordable (and only $10 for students). You can print a copy of our membership brochure online at http://tinyurl.com/BLCbrochure

We encourage folks to share the membership form to friends, family, and other hockey fans.

Our next special event will be a "Meet the Coaches" evening at 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 6, in the Begg Conference Center at the SDC. You'll have a chance to meet the incoming freshman class, hear from the coaches about recruiting, and take a tour of the new sky boxes at the MacInnes Student Ice Arena.

Hope to see you there

Cutting back on the Luncheons?

Re: Michigan Tech Offseason III: Screw It, Somebody Look Up The Cheat Codes

Cutting back on the Luncheons?
Numbers have been dwindling in recent years, so we decided to focus on a fewer number of luncheons.

So we're going with Friday luncheons for the following series:
- Opening series with NMU
- Hall of Fame weekend
- Winter Carnival
- Senior Weekend (last home series)

This should also make it easier for all those student weiners who claim it's too expensive to go every home series.

And for the whiners who claim that they have a class scheduled for noon.... You only miss two class sessions in the fall, and two class sessions in the spring.

I finally got a favorable schedule.

Be sure to bring friends, lots and lots of friends.

And remember -- your $10 student membership gets you a discout at the luncheons.

Okay, so it's only like $0.50 per luncheon, but two bucks is two bucks.

Re: Michigan Tech Offseason III: Screw It, Somebody Look Up The Cheat Codes

I'm afraid we can't really hear what Wild and/or ex-North Stars fans have to say, because there are four modern day Stanley Cup rings plugging our ears. ;)

I think you have to "say" that with a French-Canadian accent.

Who plays in a Penguins regular season game first?

Chris Conner

or

"He who can't pass the test and name we can't say"

You are going the wrong way. Your best selling point is undeniably the food during the games. By far.

This one time, I was freshman, and had lots of easily persuadable acquaintances.

And yet its the lack of a 5th one that seems to be a sore subject...
