Why doesn't the schedule posted on the athletic department website have the NCAA regionals and frozen 4 on it? Are we already giving up?

Ok, good to know. I'll avoid making plans to go to any Tech games this season. I suppose I'll have to root for Bemidji then, I wonder if I can get a spot in this year's Beaver Nation youtube video...

the paint store is the font of hockey knowledge in the Keweenaw. I suggest we keep a plant there permanently.

That depends on the job...I really don't think she'd have a problem with running a cash register at a paint store, I mean, they let her handle money at the bank, right? :p

I don't really care what time it is, I'm just coasting today, perusing the boards, looking at schedules and trying to decide if I want to fly out east this season.

I've called this press conference today to announce my intention to remain a fan of the Michigan Tech hockey program for another year. I felt it was important that I let everyone know I plan to keep my considerable cheering and drinking talents here for the forseeable future. In making this very difficult decision, I realize that I'm likely committing myself to another year of losing, not winning any meaningful championships or trophies, and watching valiant WCHA first-round upset bids that come up just short. I just wanted to let everyone know that this is my decision, I evaluated all my options carefully, and honestly it's all about the game and camaraderie, not money. ;)

Is it 4 o'clock yet? :D

Apparently working at the paint store centers around hearing things and spreading rumors. So... she'd be great at it. ;)

We appreciate you taking a 350 beer salary (no increase from last year) in order for us to stay under our alcohol salary cap with this veteran crew.

I felt that needed a double requote....seemed appropriate since I'm sure she's taken more classes twice than she has once
