Sure, rub it in (not that I would be there in person anyway). Tonight I will have a glass in front of me as well, but it will just be an adult beverage(s) and no hockey. But I should be able to catch tomorrow's broadcast.

I hope you get to see a couple of good ones as well. Here is to a good series!

Looking forward to it! Tech's played 18 games and only been home for 5 of them. It'll be interesting to see if a couple of guys can return to the lineup and who Mel puts on the ice.

Looks like we got 1 of the injured players back, Jake Jackson back in the lineup. No Steman though and Baltus out, hope he is not re-injured.
Let's get it going, big weekend for Tech.

We just can't keep the puck on our sticks, lots of missed passes, passes too hard that bounce off the stick or just poor decisions, Bemidji definitely looks the part though, they are definitely very good.

They are absolutely schooling us now, not looking good for tonight.

Bemidji is very good, play a very frustrating style, they stopped a lot of breakout attempts and seemed to be first to the puck more times than not. Our passing was terrible tonight as was our puck play in general, so many poor decisions on passes and shots or to pass instead of shoot. We'll have to see what tomorrow brings, hopefully something better.

Mel commented on Baltus' injury, blood clots, he may be out for an extended time and possibly the rest of the season.

I'm not buying that Bemidji is a really good team. For goodness sake they lost twice,.... to .... Princeton!. who of course hasn't won a single game from anyone else. not even one.
I thought we were not that sharp in alaska and pretty much the same tonight.And we gave up three unanswered.

Good teams lose to bad teams sometimes, we've lost to some pretty bad teams the last couple of years even though overall we've been a pretty good team.

Not making excuses for the Huskies, but we looked gassed the second half of the third period. I think that the Alaska trip takes some toll on the body seeing that it is four time zones different than ours. The team is a little out of their realm for those two weeks. Bemidji has a nice team but at the same time so do we.Not much difference talent wise.
These penalties are the killer for us. Some are of the ticky tac variety by the refs and it only takes away from the game. I hope they don't ruin the game by going the way of our present day NFL. Don't even get me started on these embellishment penalties.It makes my blood boil.

The embellishment penalties piss me off like none other, they are the biggest load of BS there is.
