I think L'Esperance got his point across, Reinke and L'Esperance showed great restraint not taking a shot at Mayer.
Have not seen a hockey player trying to blow someone up at this level. I hope Seamus was aware at least for a moment that it was coming, sure hope he is ok. He is a big part of this team.

Sure hope Kero starts tonight. Munson scares the crap out of me with his unpredictability. Really shocked he went back in after such a poor start.
I was actually surprised he started last night after 2 Kero wins last weekend. Munson must have been lights out in practice this week.

Well when was the last time we were swept. When was the last time we played like this. I can't remember when. I hated one thing more than anything else.... Giving up a shortie. That's two shorties in the last 5 games.I can't even remember when we scored the first goal of a game. I also thought we were lazy on the back check and we didn't keep our feet very well.
I also hated the Ferris announcers. I think the guys from Huntsville are better than them.

Doesn't help that Tech lost 4 guys this weekend. Donahue, Rienke, Jackson and Misiak. Pretty good bunch to be without. I know coach says they've got to play through that but it's pretty tough. Lines were a mess, guys were skating in to each other, falling all over, passes weren't crisp. Almost looked like the ice was really bad. Attempted passes were falling way short, guys were fumbling and losing pucks while skating up ice; on both teams. Not an excuse just an observation.

It's not an excuse but the ice was awful.

Just listened to the interview with Coach after the game, sounds like getting any of the 4 back for next week is questionable, as Mike Babcock used to say, time for others to grab their piece of the cheese...

Russell and Rockwell will get a chance. I would like to see Beydoun in net at BG...

Staying positive and finding a silver lining. I'll certainly give him credit for that. He's right games like that, and next weekend series will be a huge opportunity for some of these guys. Also sounds like critical evaluations for next year being made. I hope we don't get Packy again. But I think we will given the Coach's remark about evaluating and allocation of money for next season.

The ice WAS awful. There was a youth tourney going on. Had games on it all day. Right up to warm-ups. C'mon, having kids games on the ice all day? Really???Anyone ever see that at the JMAC..

There was a ton of hooking holding and tripping going on by FSU that was probably behind the camera work. It's **** hard to get back on the back check when you are getting taken down in the corner as the play breaks up ice.. Also hard to come out of the corner with the puck when you are getting taken down. Or hard to go to net with out the puck to get open when your stick is being held. That happen quite often. All in all- FSU played an awesome 'football' game.

Kids tourney? There are a limited number of ice surfaces in the area.

That doesn't mean they have to hold a tournament on a weekend with a Ferris home series. The Bulldogs are the rink's primary tennant and should be treated as such.
