ha was that goal a backdoor play? that on the other hand has been our weakness for the past couple years

Any thoughts from the Miami faithful about the 1st period??

Sloppy play in the first half by Miami. First UNH goal was a great backdoor pass from the point. Second goal was a broken play and Miami just lost the guy on the backdoor. For the most part Miami has shut UNH down, but neither team has been able to complete crisp passes. Miami has done a good job controlling the puck in UNH's zone but again try to make the perfect play rather than taking the shot. Goals in the first 2 min and last 2 min of a period just should not happen. Hopefully they can get the cobwebs out and play now, they didn't look good in the first.

Not sure who scored the second Miami goal, they don't have sound or an announcer on the webcast which is weird...

Tomassoni got credit on that 2nd goal for Miami, may have gone off of a UNH player.

And I misspoke, great set up by Mike Borisenok to Paul Thompson for the 2nd UNH goal. Got too excited and that's the name that stood out to me :p
