The No. 9/10 Denver Pioneers wrap up the 20th annual Denver Cup Classic on Nov. 26 at Magness Arena (6,026). Denver (6-3-3) plays Miami (7-6-2) on Saturday, Nov. 26. The game will be webcast live on Pioneer Vision at www.DenverPioneers.com. Providence (6-5-1) battles Princeton on Nov. 26 at 4:07 p.m. MT. The Denver game will be broadcast live on 102.3 The TICKET and online at www.DenverPioneers.com. Live stats for the Denver Cup Classic games are available at www.DenverPioneers.com or www.WCHA.com. Got to see Matt Carle play twice this weekend, Wed. night against Islanders and this afternoon against Rangers. Enjoyed this afternoon's game with Bagman who is back here for the holidays! Flyers beat the Isles in OT on Wed. and Rangahs shut them out this afternoon. Two good first period brawls in today's game. Lets hope DU can come out strong and win the Denver Cup. CC and UND tied at 2 end 1st.

Tonight marks the 20th anniversary of the passing of Gwoz's mentor, Badger Bob Johnson. Interesting coincidence that Gwoz is coaching his 1,000th game on that anniversary.
