I am unsure the actual process but I am pretty sure that the # of spots a team gets are determined by where they finish in the conference.

If that's the case it's wrong

I wish I could, but I work all week and can't take the time off! I haven't heard of many fans going out, other than parents. I can't wait to watch the games online, though!
