Season 5.2 (or season 6 or whatever) will begin airing on Aug 11.

That's a long time to wait.

I saw something about mid-July. Aaron Paul tweeted that date, but was vague to its meaning.

Edit: I guess Paul prematurely twatted.

The wife and I have been binge-watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. Once we complete season four (likely next week or the following) is there any way to catch up on the first half of season five?

On-Demand isn't an option, sadly. Hulu have the latest episodes?

DVD comes out in early June. I'd have to imagine, even with the 28-day delay that Netflix usually has on streaming, you could power through Season 5.1 before the Season 5.2 premiere.

Edit: or at least enough to get close to current, then OnDemand until you are indeed current.

Welp, since On-demand isn't an option (stupid landlord), we'll try and get all caught up via Netflix streaming.

Oh, and you were absolutely right about the season three final two episodes. Wow.

Re: Meth, I Hear You Callin': The Final Season of Breaking Bad

I broke down since I couldn't OnDemand the episodes, and since they haven't been posted to Netflix yet, and I picked up Season 5 on BluRay. I get the feeling we'll burn through these eight episodes by this weekend. :o

They have them on AMC on-demand (1254) on DirecTV.

I bought them on Amazon Instant Video. $2.99 per episode in HD. I think you save a few bucks if you buy them all at once.

Don't have DirecTV. We have Comcast, but the landlord pays for it (our apartment is a second bedroom on his bill, he's done that for years apparently). We have the crappy "motel 6" converter box that can't do OnDemand.

So, how does this thing end? I'm looking for predictions.

I think Walt ends up on top, in Mexico, where no one can find him or get to him.

Walt and Skyler are in a diner eating onion rings. For some reason, the camera follows Walt Jr. having trouble parking the car outside. Then as Jr walks in, the screen fades to black.
