11:26 to go, puck knocked down w/a high stick moves the face off to the MC zone.

goblue, not sure why mine would be faster if you're using the UNH feed off of the UNH site.

Foster covers with 12:43 to go.

MC stepped it up here in the 2nd.

I'm actually using an affiliate station (wntk) rather than off UNH. Perhaps I'll change it up.

DeSimone shot, save Braithwaite and MC ices the puck.

I'm using WNTK too, and it's a good minute behind the Stretch feed. I would normally use it, but since December my computer will not play it. I redownloaded Quicktime, but it just won't work.

UNH scores! Bowen gloves it to LeBlanc and it's a goal!!!!

Re: Merrimack at UNH - 01/30/10

My buddy Pete just called from the Whitt just as Leblanc scored... I could hear the crowd and knew we had scored... then, 15 seconds later, my radio feed confirmed what all the cheering was about! :)

How true, and how fortunate we are to have a Wildcat Sports Network to deliver the game to us.
Indeed.

Sure beats the days (late 80's, early 90's) when all one could do was call the Globe's late night sports desk line and beg thenight copy guy for a final score.

Re: Merrimack at UNH - 01/30/10

Completely unrelated, but what's the buzz with the Olympics out there in Vancouver?

You mean the glorified hockey tournament? That's really the only thing anyone cares about. Most people here are just ticked off at how much this thing is costing. The north shore mountains where some of the ski events are being held have almost no natural snow, so will need man made snow. I don't know, I guess it's a mix of excitement and can't wait for the whole thing to be over.

Re: Merrimack at UNH - 01/30/10

By the way, the Merrimack player's name is spelled "Cucci", for those who (like myself) were wondering.

You know, I now remember doing that myself. (I had forgotten.)
