Generic Catchy Message
Normally I'd continue the college basketball thread but the past few years there's been a tradition of creating a seperate March Madness thread, so here it is.

Still have no clue on my bracket. I don't have confidence in Calipari, Boeheim or Matta going far but I'm not seeing many possibilities where they get knocked out early.

I don't care much at all about the bouncy ball, but I fill out brackets (blindly, with practically no knowlege of the teams). I do one on Yahoo, on the off chance I do it well and can win money, and also did picks on pickpointz, since they are giving away major points for this tourney.

I know I did. Now Boeheim can do his patented pouty whiny look while his team gets out rebounded 3 to 1.

look for St. Bonnaventure to make a run into the final four. the bonnies are back baby!

Western Kentucky just cut the deficit from 16 to 1 in a matter of two and a half minutes against Mississippi Valley St.

Beginning to end that was the worst played bb game I have ever seen. WkU was awful and the other team awfuller.

Look for south dakota state to make a run.

This is entertaining, if a tiny bit tedious in the first round:
Blindfold Brackets

NC State to the Sweet 16 was my biggest outlier. I hadn't even given any thought to picking them to win 1, much less 2.

I did that. Didn't really look at seed or RPI, just stats. Also went a little fast. First time around I ended up with Davidson in the Final Four. Second time had Indiana winning the title. Then I stopped before I had the chance to mistakenly make Vermont national champion.

Just by taking care of the ball, Iona should have had 70 here at the break.

And they still don't have 70 halfway through the 2nd half.

If the officials let them play any more, they're going to need helmets and pads.

First time through I had Wichita State, Michigan St, Kansas and Vanderbilt in the final 4 with Kansas over Witchita State for the final. Based mostly on "stats." Tried it a 2nd time and had the same final four and results but a few different teams in the sweet 16
