Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

maybe you should leave your mothers basement once in a while and get out in the world

Please stop. This place is not like that. If you have come to engage sincerely, do it and be welcome. If you want to know what people think, ask them respectfully. If you want to tell us what you think, do it directly without snark.

There are ten million websites out there where performative callousness is rewarded. This isn't one of them. Here we say what we mean, always in the knowledge that at the next F4 we'll all be drinking at the same table and shouting "Harvard sucks!"

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

The people here are even more mentally challenged than I was lead to believe, fully half of them lack the ability to state in words, ... well absolutely anything.
... and only one person out of the bunch can read and answer a question.
The rest are afflicted with hysteria, screaming out thoughts at random like a person afflicted with Schizophrenia.

I dunno who you really are but your trolling is weak. :)

The weird thing is, I think he/she is a gopher women's hockey fan. Back when UND dropped it's program, I briefly ventured into the women's hockey forum and pokey was a frequent poster over there, making a lot of friends as I recall.

It hurts little to try. Think about Fish's first six months or so -- dude didn't post anything that was not a direct talking point taken from one of his ideological handlers.

Since then most of us have had at least one really good interaction with him on some topic. Granted, he's still a propagandist on politics. But the more I read him the less I think that is his conscious choice. Like Flag, he just doesn't know the stuff he's saying was scripted and poured into his head. He's been monetized remotely against his own interest.

If pokechecker doesn't step it up there's always Ignore. (I'm already tempted just because he can't be bothered to use correct capitalization and grammar.) But this is the bigs, and newbies are going to struggle for a while to adjust to the pace of play. You don't just come here from Freep or DU and start producing right away. There's a learning curve.

Explain in words that a child like yourself can even understand- how, exactly, is that President Obama's fault?

I may be missing something, but it's the role of the executive branch to enforce laws that the legislative branch enacts. So when President Bush signs a bill into law that the legislature passed, it's the absolute law of the land that President Obama had to enforce it.

Again, how does President Obama not enforce that so that you don't get butt hurt over getting a passport?

Maybe you should read the Constitution once in a while.

you really are stupid aren't you?

the law was passed with delayed enforcement to give the states and people time to comply
you'd know this if you'd stop surfing the internet for animal porn and give your bone a rest

You certainly are epic. You're an Internet winner. I could only ever hope to get to 1/4 of your level.

The way you are able to call people stupid is inspiring.

please use it, it hurts me to think that our educational system has failed so miserably in producing a person like you

or is it just hereditary?

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

Is the trolling that bad, or is it just that we've been exposed to the real deal for so long we can't go back to simple trolling?

It's like the authentic taqueria place that ruined Tex mex for me.

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

Not bad trolling out of trumppoker. Its so over the top its actually amusing.

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

I'm flattered, but no, you do not interest me.

so why then, are you here?

you need somebody to explain how to use the ignore function?
you are lost and cannot find your way out?

you can't control the mouse with one hand while your other hand is on your "stick shift"

go back to my original post, only one person so far has actually been able to read and comprehend what I said, and respond appropriately, the rest including you apparently need to call AAA to come with a tow truck and pull your head out of your rear

LOL. I think you've hit it. That position is already filled. It's like somebody walking into Stax Records and wanting to gig. Look pal, I'm sorry, but our house band is Booker T. & the MGs. We aren't doing try outs. Try down the street.

Still, I am kinda rooting for the gauntlet to be taken up directly.

No, clearly you are the stupid one, as you are not capable of explaining why it's President Obama's fault that you need a passport to go to Canada.

Since you are both dumb and lazy- here's the law that matters here- https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-108publ458/pdf/PLAW-108publ458.pdf, which is the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004

And since you are likely to be far to lazy to actually read that, let alone not literate enough- here's a summary sheet- https://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/fact_sheet_passport_requirement.pdf

In that, you'll note this handy little quote:

Travel Documents for U.S. Citizens Under WHTI
Under the proposed implementation plan, the following documents will be acceptable to fulfill document
requirements:
• U.S. Passport: U.S. citizens may present a valid U.S. passport when traveling via air between the United
States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda, and may also use a
U.S. passport when traveling via sea and land borders (including ferry crossings).
• The Passport Card (also referred to as the PASS Card): This limited use passport in card format is
currently under development and will be available for use for travel only via land or sea (including ferries)
between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. Similar in size to a credit card, it will
fit easily into a wallet.
• DOS and DHS also anticipate that the following documents will continue to be acceptable for their current
travel uses under WHTI: SENTRI, NEXUS, FAST, and the U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document. As
proposed, members of the U.S. Armed Forces on active duty traveling on orders will continue to be exempt
from the passport requirement.
Time Line
In the proposed implementation plan, the requirements outlined above will be rolled out in the following phases:
• On January 8, 2007, U.S. citizens traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central
and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present a valid U.S. passport, Air
NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document.
As early as January 1, 2008, U.S. citizens traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and
South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present
a valid U.S. passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. While
recent legislative changes permit a later deadline, the Departments of State and Homeland Security are
working to meet all requirements as soon as possible. Ample advance notice will be provided to enable
the public to obtain passports or passport cards for land/sea entries.

For your benefit, I bolded the part about phase in starting on Jan 1, 2008.

Work a little harder, little man.

Re: Make Me Great Again - Thank you Mr. President

^ clearly, you have attained a new low for intelligence

"may be required"

I can tell you, as someone who travels between Canada and the US, a passport was not required in 2008, it wasn't until several years later that a passport was required

"while recent legislative changes permit a later deadline..."

you really are a glutton for punishment, apparently it is not enough for most people to know you are stupid
you want EVERYBODY to know you are stupid

please come back at least one more time, I think there are a few people just returning from vacationing who may have missed it
