Maine Offseason 2020: We Stay Home But Swayman Leaves

Anyone know why Tralmaks or JSS haven't been in the lineup the last two weeks? Missing two of the best offensive weapons on the team.

The Bangor Daily News has said in two different stories that Red would not disclose the reason for their absence. I'm wondering if it's COVID related or some sort of disciplinary action?

His average finish is in fact 8th. Hes 25 games under .500 in league play and has never played a game at td garden. Ever.

He’s an objecticely, inarguably, lousy coach. It really could not be worse

That's completely unfair. Red could have finished in dead last every year!

They also had a certain Alaskan goaltender that wore sweater #1, I think he had a big part to do with it. I think, as usual, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Fishman is probably too pessimistic in his outlook, but Drew is over-optimistic in his.

I'm pretty sure that Drew is actually Red...

Wouldn't surprise me if Dawe sits next week. That crosscheck on the goalie accomplishes nothing. No self discipline on this team and it's up to the coaching staff to correct that but they don't seem to care about it or are not able to fix it.

That one is on the goalie. Ridiculous behavior and he got what he deserved.

On the one hand, it was a brilliant flop by Vomacka at the end. On the other, no need to crosscheck someone like that, especially the goalie; just makes you look like a dummy, to say the least. Another classic Maine moment of taking a critical penalty in the waning minutes. That's a song I'm tired of hearing, but DJ Red has it on repeat.

Maybe the goalie started it with a comment but sticks and stones...the goalie won't be penalized for it but Dawe risks some type of penalty with a dumb move when the game was no longer in doubt.
