Maine Black Bears 2026 Offseason: Missing Out on Mistlebacher

Gametimes aren't noted anywhere that I'm aware of, but a noon start is likely the earliest Maine has ever played. We've had a few 1PM starts because of football and other schedule conflicts, but not noon.

Although if we count scrimmages, the old Blue-White game at 12:01AM during Midnight Madness at the Alfond was the earliest...

They should bring back the 12:01 am game

ORONO, Maine - Tickets for the University of Maine men's ice hockey team's Frozen Apple matchup against Cornell at Madison Square Garden in New York City will go on sale at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22. The Black Bears and Big Red are set to face off on Friday, Nov. 28, at 12 p.m. ET.

Black Bear Nation can purchase tickets exclusively through GoBlackBears.com/MIHTickets beginning at 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Additional event information surrounding alumni events will be announced at a later date
