Maine @ BC - 01/15/10

Re: Maine @ BC - 01/15/10

Wey is out with a broken wrist (hurt it against Denver) but outside of that we are good.

TIMMAY goes with the rook. I like it, even if he doesn't play all that well and they end up losing this game because of it. But Wilson's the past, and this kid needs the ice time to see what he has, what he needs to work on, and help him improve.

Mahoney just pointed out how Wilsieve's never won on the road.

I like the Sirman start.

Agreed.

Haha, Timmay with the understatement of the year when Hannigan asked why Sirman is starting: "Well, Dave's had some trouble on the road in the past". :p

From the BDN:

Wilson, a senior, will be looking for his first career road win. He is 5-16-1 in his career with a 3.23 goals-against average and a .887 save percentage. All five wins have come at home.

“That doesn’t really enter into my mind,” said Wilson. “I had some bad games [on the road] early in my career. I’ve had some bad luck of late. I’ll just go from there.”

I'd go with Sirman too with that comment.
