Michel came back out right as Keeper went to the box at the end of the second.

They need to play to win, if they try and get cautious and play to not lose, its gonna be a bad time.

It looked to me like UMass d man got elbow up contact to the head. Seems lucky that didn't turn into a concussion for Michel.

That Makar makes me nervous each time he gets the puck on his stick. He is slippery, and his pucks make it through traffic on target.

GD Butala gives UMass a power play to close yhe game. They will pull goalie and have two extra attackers.

A big two points. Maybe Maine wakes up now and gets some wins going.

That was an exhilarating win, but they imploded in the third, badly. But, they got the win. I also personally dont think Mass got 56 shots on net. They had a lot, but I dont think it was that many. Fossier was an animal all over the ice even though hes still snake bitten. Imagine if his shooting percentage wasnt >1%

It is definitely right up there. He saved at about .945, which is good given how many odd man rushes he faced. Umass put up 56 shots. A lot were garbage from perimeter, but a lot were quality too. I'm guessing they had 20 grade A chances in the game??? He played great. I thought Tralmaks played well, I even saw him back checking a lot... which if you watch that sort of thing you will notice he often isn't consistent with that effort. Nice to see Keeper play well. The Westerlund/Pieper/Shea line played very well too, nice they were rewarded with a good got to the net and bang home the rebounds type blue collar goal.
