Don't sweat the cholesterol, it doesn't go straight from your stomach to your blood stream as cholesterol. Instead, sweat the saturated fats! ;)
When I stopped eating grains and started eating Eggs, Meat and cheeses in mass quantities my cholesterol went from 190-200 to 170. Eggs are good for you

The gas station at Fred Meyer is officially out to get me. That's twice in a row I've tried to fill up and the tanker truck has been there. It KNOWS. It's a conspiracy. Study it out.

Meanwhile, Western omelette footlong from Subway.

I am still emptying out my freezer, so it was whole wheat mac and cheese with broccoli again.

p.s. although I never post it, I always have water. I hate diet soda, so I very rarely drink soda. If I do, it's usually mixed in a cocktail (umm, not for lunch while sitting at my desk, though :))

Carrots, cuke, red pepper, Thin n Trim turkey and feta cheese with red wine vinegar and olive oil salad dressing. Sugar-free Jell-O pudding. A clementine and some blackberries. With water.

speaking of lunch, someone reheated bacon in the microwave and now the entire floor smells like bacon. I believe I am allowed to find them and kill them. Or at least staple them to their chair and take their bacon.

All the leftovers from our NYE party -- about 8 cocktail shrimps, some odd carrot and celery sticks, and three chocolate cookies. (There's still half a cheese ball sitting in the fridge, tho'.)
