I've cut out soda (used to bring a can every day, along with potato chips and devil dogs/ring dings/yodels/Oreos/etc. Now I cut up cukes, carrots, red pepper and try to limit my bread intake. And I've gained about 15 pounds. The hell?? I think I'm going to go back to what I used to bring.

Today I had chicken salad on a whole grain deli thin, the aforementioned cucumber, carrots, red peppers with some feta cheese and lite salad dressing, a sugar-free Jell-O pudding snack and a clementine. I had a 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese as my mid-morning snack with multi grain Special K crackers. And I have a banana for my afternoon snack.

there's your problem! all the weightloss spam email i get (and why would i be targeted for those :p) claim i shouldn't eat bananas :D

Mailed my Jebus Hatching Day presents home and scored a bacon chicken flatbread, Sun Chips, and Mountain Dew from Quizno's.

Same thing I'll be having for several more days:

"Lasagna" made with pesto, ricotta, roasted red bell peppers, spinach, and (of all things) those wonton wrappers from the produce section at the grocery store. Baked with mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.

Went to Fred Meyer to get gas and lunch. Deli was out of chicken strips. Buncha hacks.

Settled for sesame chicken and fried rice from the Chinese place across the street from work.
