Also, if you look at a serving of avocado vs. what people are eating, that super food idea is a complete non-starter. Add to that, if you're the only person eating that avocado, it'll last you a few days. Avocado simply doesn't last that long. You buy it on Day 1, by Day 3 it's turned bad.They're a good source of healthy fat, but I wouldn't eat them more than once or twice a week. The "superfood" thing is overblown, and mostly a marketing gimmick for all forms of produce that have earned that moniker.
