Ivy League standing alone?

Re: Ivy League standing alone?

Quinnipiac even let Yale borrow their Zamboni when a Yale Zamboni crapped out last year. Can't you feel the love.
That reminds me of the 1986 Frozen Four when the Zamboni at the Providence Civic Center broke down and they had to drive the PC Zamboni over to the rink with a police escort. I was at the game, so all I knew was the Zamboni had broken down and after a long delay the PC one showed up on the ice. It was only after the game I learned about the police escort.

I'll bet they got the same reception that Harvard got when we had to play at Walter Brown during the '78-79 season. Oh was that a joyous winter.

I went to a bunch of BC games at WBA when I was a student at BU. The atmosphere was fine, as I recall. The most memorable game for me was BC v. the US Olympic team in the fall of '87, when I sat in front of Bob Sweeney, and we got our first glimpse of Dave Emma. It was obvious that he was a terrific player from his first shift.
