Having seen Minne at the Whitt this year and as UNH actually beat and played BU hard, I honestly do believe that BU will win tonight. While no one has the depth that Minne has, BU is as scrappy with size, playing a more physical game. If Sperry continues to play well, and the team keeps Minne away from the front like BC did, Raty might not be the difference this time. With nothing against Frost, I like Durocher in the big games....and I agree with everyone who says that Minne is feeling the pressure! It will be a great game!

Since MN played you so poorly at your rink, and you split with BU I can see why picked BU to win.:) Expecting that Raty might not be the difference is ignoring her consistency and saying by averages she is due. From her perceived snub at last years awards, she has been on a mission. Averaging a GAA of under 1 over 40 games is not an accident. I doubt Durocher expects Raty to suddenly be less stingy. He's gonna need a big game out of Sperry.

The pressure is the same for both teams, as both are playing for a National Championship. No one is thinking about record streaks today, except maybe some fans.

I'm thinking 4-1 Minnesota, with 1 first, 2 in second and 1 in third. If BU takes more than 2-3 penalties, then score could climb.

Please believe me when I say I have the utmost respect for Noora, but she hasn't won a world title yet because she can't do it alone.....look easy money says that the team that hasn't lost yet won't but I do think that Minny has more pressure than BU...and yes Sperry does have to be huge but we'll see....and I'm with you that Raty should've won the Patty Kaz but I don't know who does more off the ice...
