Maybe they can play roller...…….would they move the game to the opponents rink or neutral site if worse comes to worse??...Looks like they have moved the Lax game from Sat. to SUn. due to weather coming in hum...ow and the women are supposed to play Sat at home as well...fun never endsAnd here you guys were worried about which goalie to start...

My guess is they are looking to avoid giving up the "home game" they earned...but it may come to that -

There has been a lot of adversity concerning the Lakers this year. Not too many people are aware that they have lost five family members this year. Including two Fathers, an Uncle and recently a brother. Losing the ice at the MCC is now another setback. Both Men’s and Women’s Hockey Teams were to play semi finals at home this weekend. Hopefully we get lucky but it will not be easy to see home games this week

I spoke to my pen pal - they are practicing out at the Fort... portable compressor on trailer enroute to Oz...hope is to play either Monday or Tuesday...there was talk of the YAC giving an extension to Tuesday....given the weather forecast, it's 50/50 the game would have been played Saturday anyway...here's hoping the plan comes together...

Not to get off the subject of hockey, but the Laker baseball team won both their games today over Wesley College in Dover, DE by a combined score of 30-4. They had seven home runs!! Now back to hockey. Has anyone heard if the game Tuesday is sold out? Going to call Monday and order a ticket if there is any left. Maybe just SR only. I would expect a good crowd even if it is on a weeknight.

Yes 4 solid lines a the D to boot...….question is how much does the netminder get challeneged?? Havent checked I am sure he has a 0.50 ga or something like that but again how many QUALITY chances does he face nightly??? If we can pepper him early/and often we may have a chance,ow and stay out of the box and COVER ROMANO and co...….P.s. have to get past the Birds first and we know that will be a close one....One and done ugh..

That's for sure. Not to beat a dead bird, oh I meant horse, throw the records out the window anytime these two teams meet. Especially in the post season. Hopefully Eddie has them focused on Tuesday night and not looking ahead. Senior leadership will hopefully be evident. Sense of urgency is sometimes a good motivator. Should be a good one!
