Gophers sweep.
Everyone gets blasemed.
SENANICANS commence.

If the weekend against UMD proved anything you don't want to challenge Buckentine to any predictions. They will come true! :D:)

BTW - I have an hour and a half commitment on Thursday night, but I'll meet you back at the bar around 10 Eastern. And probably will be there beforehand. :D

That's fine. I'll have one for you. ;)

One drink in 1.5 hours?

No, I'll have one for BPH besides the one I'm having. And remember, one drink that night = a pitcher of Long Island Tea. They don't even give you a glass. :D

50-50! buy your 50-50 tickets from huskyfan on Friday night!

Re: How about a baker's dozen, Buckentine? Minnesota at Michigan Tech, November 19-20

buy early and often, so huskyfan can get to her seat on time.

Even for pitchers, that's lame.

And I didn't say I wouldn't have one while I was elsewhere. :D

To break the 5 pitcher record, that's actually close to the time needed, on average, to do it. 6pm-1:30am is 7.5 hours. 6 pitchers in that time equals out to be 1 pitcher every 1.25 hours, if my math is correct. And additionally, 1:30 is the last call, and you usually have 15-30 minutes after that to drink your drink, which extends the average time per pitcher.

I think I may just give that a go.

Should be a great weekend

Pitchers start at 7pm.....

Pitchers start at 7pm.....

Well that changes things, but not by much. I think it's very possible, for someone with the right qualifications: metabolism, Irish heritage, etc. ;)

Anyway, it will be a fun weekend. So many questions.

Will the bartenders make the Gopher lady fans dance on the bar before they are served?
Will the 6-Guinness waterfall happen again?
Will MTU try to make a series of it?
Will Boosh fake-fu* an inflatable deer?

5 pitchers of LI just seems like a lot of liquid, nevermind the amount of alcohol being consumed.

I don't drink LI too often, although they are good. I think the most I had in one sitting was 5, but it was in about 2 hours, not 6.

Like I posted elsewhere...the wireless password at the DT is detroitlions. Do your thing at the bar.

You can't start until 7 though. Plus, the record is 5 pitchers and a 7&7, so you may as well start with a 7&7 before 7:00.

It is alot of liquid, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I wish Brent luck, I know he can tie my record, but #6 is really tough after you already have 5 pitchers in your belly. One piece of advice, brent, have someone that isn't going to be completely blasmed help keep you focused. After 5 pitchers it is really easy to start losing sight of the end-goal.

The perennial bottom feeder vs. the newly minted bottom feeder. Something's gotta give.
