UNE scored goal late in second on their only powerplay after a stupid, cheap-shot retaliation penalty on Norwich.

Last year Endicott tied Norwich in the season opener and was a second away from winning it. Salve won the season opener this year and now UNE won the Northfield Savings Tournament. Maybe Norwich should rethink inviting CCC teams to Kreitzberg.

It sure was a crazy game! Norwich dominated, but couldn't penetrate enough to make the UNE goalie move. Most of the shots NU put on him were from 25 feet out and no traffic. The kid did come up big a couple of times though, especially when UNE would take a penalty.

I think this falls into the category of "Thief in the Night", UNE really stole a game tonight. UNE seems to play well at the Krietzberg, and the two teams have built a nice rivalry in the past few years.

The CCC is really producing some nice wins in non-conference games.

MHV downs Oswego 4-1,can see how they played St N close for 2 games..Oswego no bounces and bad special teams play.
