We were thinking flying squirrel. Bigger than a mouse, small enough to fit between drywall.
Are those active at night?
usually the hours you hear something eliminate some choices.

When the spouse says we need a new oven, this is not the way to do it.

Never heard of her.
Last week received an email that the mortgage was being sold to another company. Yesterday received an email from the current mortgage holder that I can lower my escrow by looking for new home owners insurance with their partnered insurance company for the whole... *checks calendar*... eight days they still service my mortgage.
Most annoying part is I have received at least six different notifications by mail or email about the switch, including that the new mortgage holder has created a new mortgage number for me, but it's still another two and a half weeks before they say I will actually be able to set up an account.
Oh, drama still unraveling.
mikko getting married in mn in a few weeks, he’s (according to his exes post) turned off hear and water in the Finnish house she’s living in, that he also owns (and got a judge in mn to order the ex to sign it over which she won’t).
she claims he’s telling her she has to sign docs that allow all 3 kids to accompany mikko and his fianc? to mn for wedding. If the ex comes here she’s supposedly going to be arrested for violating the judge’s order. She doesn’t want kids to go alone to MN with them. She also says she talked to a friend who recently finished her divorce settlement from nhl player and I’m guessing that’s the zuckers.
not sure any of us from the old hood saw it getting this ugly
Kohls is where I have gotten mine for like the last 15 years. Macys and JC Penney would probably be good choices too. Any of the big dept stores really.
Anyone have a furnace repair service they like in the twin cities on the east side?
I'm 99% sure the solenoid died (which is crazy because solenoids are usually rated for like a half-million cycles). Anyways, I'd rather hire a service with scruples because I don't want my furnace red-tagged by some shady POS.
Solenoid on a furnace? Solenoid on an oil pump are known weak spots but you must be natty gas. Is it a zone valve?
