Hockey East Semi's and Finals

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

Cuz you're also a closet Sioux fan!

They skated on ice all wearing name Walsh on back. Then donated the jerseys to charity for all intents and purposes to fight cancer with stem cell treatment. Blair was an outstanding Coach that way.

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

Against the run of play in OT but just one too many defensive mistakes for BC. That was an easy clear situation. Controlled the OT but couldn't finish it off.

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

To me, still a disappointing crowd. Better than last year (but it should be - three Boston schools and the other one 40 miles away). There can’t be more than 10000 here. And EVERYONE is here because all the second game people were here since the game went well into OT. So none of this “well it’s the combined total for both games” bs.

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

Joked about how bad Hockey East was this year but ECAC was worse.

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

Check the numbers, attendance on the slow decline over the years.

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

I know. Not sure why I keep lamenting over it. Just wish it was like the old days, I guess

Re: Hockey East Semi's and Finals

I do as well but at same time i can't complain because i am local yet haven't been to the semis/championship game since i think 2003. I have always enjoyed staying home this weekend and being able to watch games from other conferences as well. Plus in a lot of cases i have ended up going to Worcester/Providence the following weekend. Depending on who is playing in Worcester I might go next weekend.
