This news just made me sad. Brady's life was forever changed on that day outside the Hilton Hotel and his injury always bothered me for some reason. RIP Mr. Brady.

What is the point of that? Personally, I'd have no problem feeding Hinckley into the wood chipper from Fargo, but he was found "innocent" by reason of insanity for shooting Reagan. And it seems unlikely we could get a different outcome in the death of Mr. Brady.

No. VA medical examiner ruled his death was as a result of the 1981 gunshot wound.

Well, I am guessing he cause of death is related to the injuries sustained from the gunshot. I know he was an advocate for gun safety (is that a more PC thing than saying gun control?) so I wonder if part of this is he had expressed wish for the fact the gunshot did contribute to his eventual death. Looks like he lead a pretty miserable existence.
