I don't have a great feeling about this game. We know all the factors. On top of that, I just don't know what kind of game to expect from BC. Either way, I will not overreact because this is truly a unique set of circumstances.

The rivalry memes have all been (ALLEGELDY) played out in the BU season threads too it seems.

I think most of us were expecting another rape or two to give us some more material by this time in the season.

Plus it's a somber mood for BC fans as we know we won't have an old, senile, bitter coach behind the BU bench for much longer. Though York may stick around long enough to run one more circle around the next person for the position. :D

That's the worst part--that this is most likely the last time BC will ever go up against a Jack Parker coached team. I don't want it to end.

Actually, I remember reading that the games York missed earlier this season still counted towards his record, so I'd assume the same applies tonight. I forget the full explanation, but something about it only being a temporary short-term absence. And I don't think it's fitting at all that their head-to-head is so close :p;)

Wearing my Bob Mackey era scarlet and white jersey at work today.
Pretty cranked for this one!

Do feel bad that it will be BC not at full strength, though BU has suffered a couple of critical injuries/departs too.
Best wishes for Coach York, whom I do grudgingly admire.

My personal keys: Pucks on Milner early, Maguire maintains excellent play, a body on Gaudreau every shift he is on the ice, a Sasquatch sighting(of course!) and get the puck to Nieto.

Expectations for this season after last year's meltdown were so low, I am grateful BU is where it is at now.

neither do I and not because of the #KeepParker stuff. The rivalry will go on but it won't be the same without him. Like i said before, like him or hate him he is a HUGE figure and hugely entertaining
