Re: He says he's not dead.

Former New England Patriot Houston Antwine died last night. He was a member of the franchise's 50th Anniversary team.

His wife passed away this morning.

Re: He says he's not dead.

Johnny Wilson (June 14, 1929 – December 27, 2011) Red Wings head coach.
Johnny was the uncle of Ron Wilson, current coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Ron was an All American at Providence College. In an intersting back story, Johnny was coach of the Springfield Kings (AHL) in 1971 when they played the Providence Reds for the Calder Cup championship, a series I had the pleasure of attending. Johnny's brother and Ron's dad, Larry Wilson was the coach of the Providence Reds team. Larry died in 1979. The Wilsons are a hockey family for sure. Johnny's Kings defeated my beloved Reds. RIP Johnny.

I LOVED the old Rhode Island Auditorium - the place was so smokey, you could hardly see the ice.

Marcel Paille was my favorite goalie of my youth.

Here are some of his records:

Most AHL Games Played by a Goaltender, Career - 765
Most AHL Playoff Games Played by a Goaltender, All-Time - 87
Most AHL Playoff Wins by a Goaltender, All-Time - 49
Longest AHL Playoff Shutout Streak - 207:27
Most AHL Playoff Minutes Played, Career - 5,368
