Well, those were dreaded first and second periods. Let's hope for better in the third... but we've got a way to go.

Looked like our typical second period from last season. But it was well deserved. Seth, what pearls do you have for the third period? - More of the same?

second period even worse than the first. Vastly outshot and losing almost all the important faceoffs. When 2 of the 3 goals are scored from less than a foot in front the blame has to be the defensemen. They seem to have no communication or support for each other. SA has to be furious in the locker room as we are being beaten to every puck, losing battles against the boards, and when given any offensive chance-making the wrong puck decision and getting nothing on goal. I count only 2 good chances for us so far which includes hitting the crossbar once. Not a good omen for the third period. Special teams score so far is Harvard 2 and us Zero.

Poor performances all around but 2 defensive pairings are just allowing Harvard to set up and they must have had 6-8 chances withing a few feet of Kazzie. This one could easily be 6-0 right now.

Thus far, not looking like I'll have to cover for RFAlph. And obviously in terms of PtC, sort of hoping I don't have to.
