Appert should let the team know that the game has started. I guess unless we play Union we can't get up for the game.

So far not a good match up going on. For some reason we are just not coordinated well. Lots of wrong decision making as passses are made to open areas. Harvard is fast and on top of us. No real creativity and puck support for us and definitely passing to much and trying too hard to make plays. We just need to settle down a bit-play with more control, and support the puck. Hoping the dreaded second period is a chance for a turn around.

Considering the number of poor choices made with the puck, perhaps a bit lucky to be down only 1-0. Not sure they are in sync but hopefully they can create a few chances this next period. We botched a couple of possible odd man rushes with poor passing. I think we were vastly outshot and still not winning the important face offs.

I think what you are trying to say is that we got beat in every facet of the game in that period.

Not really-we did a lot of good things-but there was no follow up and that could be our fault but it also could be a very fast Harvard team that has matched up with us very well. They have been in the right places to stop a lot of what we have tried to do. The next 20 minutes may well be very different if we can stop trying to set up the perfect shot and just put pucks on net.
Special teams are crucial-they decide so many of our games.
