Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for...

-My faith in God; it's kept me going despite everything that's happened this year.
-That I have food in the cupboard, a roof over my head, and a car that works.
-That my mom isn't suffering any more. I'm sad that she's gone, but at least I know she's no longer in pain.
-For my health.
-For our soldiers, police officers, and firefighters.
-For the hardships of life; I've been tested, and I've come through stronger than ever.

So, what are you thankful for?

I'm thankful for a skilled surgeon and first rate medical facilities. I'm thankful for my family and faith.

I'm thankful for my family and friends. And for the young men and women putting it on the line for us in two wars. I'm also thankful DU's Jesse Martin survived an injury which is 99% fatal, has no paralysis, and is shooting hoops among other things in his recovery. And I'm grateful to live in this great country.
