Back at ya my left handed brother....to all my fellow southpaw brethren!
Us lefties suffer discrimination every day of our lives, generally without complaint. Butter knives, most hand tools, those desks in college and in the AF (at least in the old days) having to qualify on righty M-16s (which means the ejected brass goes right across your face).
This was especially horrible in HS back in the 80's when erasable ink pens were the rage. Here's another one - getting ink all over your hand when writing because it drags across what you've just written.
I write lefty & play sports righty. Where I get really confused is games like air hockey. I could never settle on if I hold the blocker with my dominant hand or my throwing hand. Pool, darts, yeah they all confuse me.I play sports right-handed - I used to think it was because it was always demonstrated that way - but using my right hand for sports is the way it feels natural. I can't even hold a pen in my right hand, though. Weird that writing/eating and throwing feel comfortable with different hands.
My biggest lefty pet peeve now - the pens attached to card machines at store checkouts are often attached on the right side, and the little cord isn't long enough to pull it all the way over to the left side to sign my name. I once told a checkout girl this, and I think she thought I was insane.

Yeah...the word erasable should have been in quotes. All it did was fade the ink...I hated those things! They never worked right.

It is easier for a lefty to try "mirror writing" then a righty. This was a skill mastered by left-handers Lewis Carroll and Leonarde da Vinci.
Yeah, those were terrible.
I shoulda read back. In most sports I am right-handed, but in certain "sports" (games) like darts, pool, and non-serving tennis shots, etc I can use both hands, although the right-handed usage is dominant.
Eating, general activities (opening doors, holding a phone, whatever) it's almost all left-handed.
A few facts:

I can actually do this one quite easily in script/cursive writing:

As a dancer you have to be able to do everything on both "sides".
My mind reels with sarcastic replies.
Since I write with my left hand (but throw with my right) I will claim this day as a holiday and use it as an excuse to down a case of Sam Adams tonight.
