The emotional lift of the goal didn't las long, now union is playing union hockey. Tie up the puck and bore the crowd.

idk why it did that that code usually works fine.... i deleted it sorry...no reason to really get upset

Whatever you did probably worked before the new version of vBulletin was installed a couple of weeks ago. It has a new set of bugs. :)

Not a great second period, but we did close the gap and maybe got some momentum going. Should be a good third period. As long as we stay out of the box.

Fairly even 2 periods-special teams making the difference. We seem to really be a team that depends on match ups-last year we matched up super well against a very good Yale team but ot so good against Union. This year it is too early to tell but we seem to be fairly even with Union at least 5 on 5. Still very scary when we are short handed and god forbid we give up any 5 on 3 situations-they would most likely be deadly. Defense seems to be holding up fairly well against a very potent Union offense. We still don't have the offense to run and gun with teams like this-hoepfully that may develop as the season goes on.

That was NOT a power play goal by Bailen. It was announced as one, but I clarified and it is not. But, it is still a goal.

Has Union's version of live stats worked for anyone during the second period.

Not upset-I would have replied with more venom if I was. Just test anything new on the test thread-that is what it is there for. Besides, it is well recognized after all this time that as long as Ralph is around that he posts the goal victory -we don't really need 2 of them.
