That couldn't have been much closer to a ppg. If not in timing, in reality as the uc player hadn't cleared the box.

I've also realized now finally after all these years of hearing it that the writer of the RPI alma mater was every bit as tone deaf as the writer of Clarkson, Hail to Thee

The teams might be even at even strength but it's UC hockey. They are effectively keeping RPI out of open space by tieing up the play along the boards, with or without puck control.

Engineers looking better so far. just had their best scoring chance of the game... fired wide on an open corner

Play much more wide open in the third. Should bode well for RPI. Coincidental minors but you know Chip MacDonald is just looking to make his game changing call.
