Find all the assumptions in that statement.
What we know is a guy is dead and CNN can't definitively give details about the incident.

And shouldn't this go in the "Bad Cops" thread, I mean, the cops did kill a civilian, right?

Does it need to be pointed out that CNN can't give details? Also, water is wet. And finally, no.

Yes, armed trespassers who explicitly wanted to commit suicide by cop are exactly comparable to people shot because they're black.

I can only hope the clown show tries to use that argument going forward.

Frankly, I'm just relieved we can go back to believing cops again.

So he didn't point the gun at them, he just almost ran over one agent and then reached for his gun. Missed it by that much.

More of this sh-t.

Police responded to reports of a shooting at Independence High School in Glendale, Arizona, ABC 15 reported Friday morning.

Police confirmed on Twitter two people were shot at the high school. Unnamed sources told the local ABC affiliate there was one fatality, which police have not publicly confirmed.

So ... a double suicide pact or a murder-suicide.
Responding police quickly realized the situation did not involve an active shooter, but the school remained on lockdown until police could confirm the scene was safe.

Breeden said there are no persons of interest, and they don't believe there are any suspects or witnesses to the deaths.

think the argument, "you can commit murder suicide with a knife, with poison, with...." doesn't hold much water. And murder suicide without a firearm? I think a lot of people would not opt in should they have to choose a more gruesome or painful method. 56% of male suicides are by way of firearm, less so for women at 32%. I realize that many of those will still find another way to do it, but I bet many would not.

Lest anyone misunderstand me I have never advocated for gun bans.
