This is a good thing. When the last of these suits get rejected by the SCOTUS and Trump turns on them as being unamerican libtard RINOs, the last rejection of reality by MAGAworld will give smart people (These justices must be smart, right?) room to operate without being pressured to some fringy standard by that fringe. They will have no representation in the real world anymore.

Marc Elias on Texas challenging the Election. Funny how the state that is the most "State's Rights" of them all is now trying to interfere in the voting in other states. People speculating this is angling for a pardon for the AG who is ducking federal indictments...sets a nice precedent though so Blue States can now challenge voting rules in places like Georgia and Flo(R)ida.

Also Gym Jordan is doing what he does best ignoring how elections work and calling for the President and his allies to challenge the election and have debates on the House Floor.

Republicans are terrorists.

This is the Supreme Court order denying the request by Rep. @MikeKellyPA and others to invalidate Pennsylvania's presidential election. That's the whole thing. It was denied by the full court with no public dissents.

Well he moved the date up from his original plan (which was tomorrow AFTER Safe Harbor) basically just so the SC could tell these losers they are done.
 
Apparently the Parler crowd are already circling the wagons saying this case didn't matter the Texas one will flip the script. They think that is why the court got rid of it so quickly...

So for those keeping score...to the Trump Geniuses believe that the Supreme Court denied a case where the reps of a state were suing to stop the certification of their state so they could then take up the case of a different state suing a bunch of states to decertify their elections.

The first case at least (on the surface) has some validity since it is PA Reps fight PA...the second one doesn't even make sense and honestly Texas has no standing to do it anyways. If the SC was going to take up a case the Texas one aint it.

I would want to believe that the law enforcement people would prevent that, but I saw yesterday that a Sheriff in Michigan is suing to overturn the election. So much for protect and serve.

The comments were pathetic, too- waiting until PA FEELs that they were heard, yes feels. Racists are snowflakes, as their feelings are so very important.

I wonder how many of the AZ legislature is willing to take up arms against themselves.

Remember, these people lack empathy. So it does not comprehend that people actually think dumpy is a loser. Their worship of this guy takes all the thinking load off- corruption and greed is ok, just as is taking advantage of suckers. So what if it happens to be them....

Oh, and lets not forget, they also think this is exactly how Secretary Clinton's supporters felt and did 4 years ago. This is the same thing, no damage, no harm, nothing like that. How they think that is beyond comprehension.
 
Both GA Dems are ahead in polling, but well within MOE (under 2 points) and of course because of the very special circumstances this time it's a completely open question whether these polls will have any predictive value at all. They could lose by 10 or win by 30.

Please Christmas Baby Jesus, ride McConnell out of the majority on a rail.
